NMLS CE Course Requirements
Mortgage loan originators in select states are required to complete 8 hours of federal NMLS-approved continuing education each year to maintain licensure. This course satisfies the 8 Hour SAFE Comprehensive requirement and includes:
- 3 hours of federal law and regulations
- 2 hours of ethics
- 2 hours of non-traditional mortgage lending
- 1 hour of elective
