James Duncan is a long-time veteran of the real estate industry. He got his start working for a custom home builder in 2004 in Central Texas. During that time, he earned his realtor’s license as well working with homeowners, investors, and builders all over the Austin area. In 2012, James transitioned to the mortgage industry. Leaning heavily on his experience as a former high school teacher, James quickly advanced through the ranks as a Trainer, Coach, and Curriculum Developer for Thrive Mortgage. In addition to teaching and curriculum development, his expertise in sales & marketing led to his appointment as the Head of Marketing Operations for Thrive in August of 2018.
