Share Policies Without the Extra Steps

Any new or existing internal document in your Enterprise Coop can now be added to a Custom Collection directly from the file’s page. Create a new collection instantly or add a document to an existing collection in a few clicks. The content will remain on your intranet and become available in the designated Coop AI collection. 

For admins who prefer working in the backend, files can also be searched and added directly from within a Custom Collection.

A Single Source of Truth

This release makes it simpler to keep company knowledge current! When a document is updated, its latest version is automatically reflected everywhere it’s used, including across Coop AI.
